have i missed something?
has ade suddenly become the hardest man on the planet?
id love to get the chance to ask him why he did that tbh, these idiots might have the attitude of 'its just a job to me' (which they actually do because i met roy keane once when he was at the scum, told him how much i hate utd and he said those exact words) but for us mere mortals who were there before them and will be there long after they have retired at thirty fucking five with 20 - 30 million quid in the bank it means the chance for know nothing rags to take the piss. i may be thin skinned, i may be a mard arse but i dont like ***** taking the piss out of my club, i take it personally.

utterly pathetic. you really don't get it. having the rags take the piss out of you is really all you are worried about. how about one of our players being shot at?

if you read my posts you'll find ive never made light of the fact that he was shot at, nor have i ever said i would boo the guy or anything sad as fuck like that, but i do believe he was wrong to do what he did, and like i said before it doesnt take much thinking to go 'oh hang on im gonna be on british tv i'll just whip this t shirt off and stick something else on'. if that makes me utterly pathetic then thats what i am im afraid.

Right, hypothetical question here. Say what I said last night was the case, where Ade was asked to wear that top, (cos of his ties with Arsenal), by the family of one f the deceased who was an Arsenal fan himself. Ade is asked t do it and agrees as some form of tribute. That is his explanation. Now then, will the heartless, easily hurt and mard arses on here show a bit of understanding, now they realise he didn't do it to hurt your eaily hurt feelings?

I wonder if you can think normal when you have just been shot at and some friends of you were kiled. Life is more important than a stupid shirt with a logo. Come on. Grow up

yes, I probably would call you pathetic if you are a fully grown adult, but lack the empathy to understand that, after being shot at and watching people die, he's probably not thinking all that clearly right now about what he's wearing and who's watching.

Jan 2011. Tevez, having just witnessed the gunning down of one of his team mates whilst on duty with Argentina, does an interview in his homeland whilst wearing a Cruzeiro top, (who he played for in Brazil if memory serves right). Will a fuss be made of it? No. Why? Cos Tevez is flavour of the month. All this is, is a witch hunt cos Ade has not been playing well for us, also known as bullying. Again though, it would be interesting to see the piss trickle down the legs of those who dare ask him to his face when they see he about to snap when asked about this (nothing) incident.

I wouldn't be as fussed if Tevez was wearing a Cruzeiro top because we are not in direct competition with them

Sorry, but was he on Sky Sports News following a match of ours, doing a post-match interview after us winning live on Sky? No. Was he in his homeland, going through hell and not really caring what anyone thinks right now? yes. Talking of respect, why don't you show some to Ade and whilst you're at it, throw a bit of understanding in at the same time?

Respect is a two way thing. He's showing none City

Quite frankly astonished at that. You are basically saying that because we are in competition with Arsenal, Ade should wear nothing with an Arsenal logo on, even though Fridays events have taken place?!!! It is a joke of a statement that. Change Cruzeiro to West Ham.....what then?

Adebayor's conduct here is completely unacceptable and how we can continually employ individuals who make the club look like a laughing stock is beyond me.

I for one will be appalled to ever see him wear a blue shirt again.

He is like a jilted ex regarding arsenal - get over it.

Feel extremely sad about the shooting and for football but anyone on here who thinks this is linked to the polo shirt is very naive.
