I would love to ship him of to a non prem club, thing is only spurs want him cause they are desperate.
I don't like the idea more than anyone else but above anything i just want him well away from our squad.

If we're loaning him, a shame we couldn't do it in time for tonight's game, Spurs might have scored with a competant forward on the pitch tonight.

Can't remember where but read we were holding off on the deal until after we have played them as you can no longer put in a clause they can't play against you if it is a perm move?

If this is true looks like he is going for good, if it was just a loan he would not be able to play so looks promising.

surely we'd rather loan him to Real than loan him to Spuds? If we're kicking in salary for the loan we might as well try our hardest for Real to take him.

If he is going to the red dippers it would be better to loan him to them than let him go on a free - that way they still pay the wages but he cannot play against us in the 2 games

I remember everyone on here was creaming over the possibility of signing him before Real did. However every Spanish football fan I've spoken to in the last year or so didn't seem to rate him very highly.
