Never liked them, savverners with a strange ‘Devine right’ mentality to succeed. Their actions the last couple of seasons have been abhorrent, though not surprising.

I had a soft spot since the 80 cup final , kids today won’t get what it meant to us the cup final Saturday them days , only really live footy each year , whole day dedicated to the game , even on the coach travelling to Wembley with the players they had a camera on it. They were the underdogs , were 2rd division and beat arsenal loved it . Also our last game at Upton Park we lost, we was walking out got chatting to 3 , took us back to there dodgy estate, few drinks then off to the vic tavern which was an experience, where I kept my gob shut, but was good day , we still keep in touch with them good lot .

Never noticed any sense of entitlement either. That is solely reserved for the dickheads that are Newcastle United.
Errr? ‘Istree clubs want their entitlement trophy back, or they’ll take the ball home.

Think it was from the last game of the season back in the late 80's we were relegated, they stayed up. The 'ammers all invaded to pitch and marched up to the city end in a whole goading way. We all started singing "we'll meet again, dont know where dont know when..." the atmosphere changed and our relegation party started. They were lining the streets applauding us on the way back up to the tube.... silly fuckers.

This is the main reason why, certainly since 80s. Sure the fact clubs share some characteristics helps too. Like with Sunderland.

Though most of us hate Everton, so maybe not.
