Aguero banned for three games (updated)

It's not a case of not getting it wrong again. It is a case of clear inconsistency bordering of corruption.

Again, not arguing with inconsistency, but being consistently wrong doesn't help either. They've got to start getting it right at some point, and this one was right, getting many others wrong doesn't make this decision wrong. If next week somebody goes and does the same thing and escapes punishment then serious questions need to be asked but we can't question this decision. There's clear intent and the ban is more than deserved.

My big issue is with the media highlighting EVERY indiscretion by our players but papering over those of the scum and their other favourite teams.
The FA should review every game not just those highlighted by biased media.

Costa's leg breaker? that was recently .It seems like the new rules are exclusively made for Manchester City .

Aguero has been banned for 3 games that Sky has pinpointed and the referee didn't see? Ok? We are now relying on Sky after the game they've displayed to pinpoint fouls that they earmark? Ok? And posters on here reckon that A and E and Rooney getting the occasional red card after their continual indescretions in every game is ok? Ok. That's the FA for you. I reckon our Pep will have a word with them about that.

Has the FA now set the precedent of reviewing decisions that the referee sees, but on review it could be seen differently. This just stinks whichever way you look at it. The ref clearly sees the challenge and at the time saw nothing in it a view held by many including ex pros however with camera angles from all direction it is fair to say it looks different and possibly an elbow so now let's see this precedent be used all season.

FA are wide open to legal action here.

We need to move on, could be worse, he could be injured, now atleast, we have other players who can plug the gap, or other systems we can employ, I'd be more worried if it was Silva who was missing.
Nacho can step into the side and provide a different kind of threat, I do believe he has a decent games to goal ratio?!!!
Sane has some decent pace which could cause serious problems, either from the start or off the bench, keep our wingers wide, stretch the play, and Silva will exploit the gaps

Legal action? Jesus Christ. He's intentionally used his elbow and for those denying he connected, Reid was very clearly in a lot of pain and unable to speak!

Don't get me wrong, the main issue is consistency. This should happen way more often, but in no way is it an agenda against City.

He elbowed a player, he's received a ban. Right decision, move on. Similar with Fellaini and Schweinsteger last season.

And FYI most United fans would rather have Aguero playing. No one wants weakened teams playing a derby, it's a lame excuse if you lose.

How do you know he intentionally used his elbow? He was struggling for the ball with their player. In the process, he naturally moved his arms to maneuver and by mistake contacted the player. There wasn't any intent in it.

And no more of that BS please that the rags would rather play against Aguero. That's the BS they sprout in public to hide their cowardliness.
