Aguero injures hamstring on international duty

Fucking hate internationals but as Tolm said time for a 4-6-0 formation with lots of interchanging cos we've got the players to do that. Still not convinced about Wilf tbh but would play Nacho when fit.

Has there been any official word on how long he may be out?

From the OS mate...

Kun, who hit the form of his life with five goals against Newcastle last weekend, is likely to have a scan in the next few days and mcfc.co.uk will bring you updates as and when they are released, though it seems safe to assume the Blues' No.10 could miss a number of key games as he recovers from his injury.

I'm sure Bony will come in and do a good job once he finally gets a real run in the team and is allowed to get going. Our team is full of goals, our striker contributing as well will just be the cherry on the cake. The most annoying thing is that Aguero had finally hit form, so it's a terrible time for him to get injured, but the team looks more than healthy going forwards. Before the Newcastle game, Aguero was hardly setting the world on fire and the team were more than holding it's own on the goalscoring front, so we can clearly cope without him.

A fully fit and firing Aguero would just be a bonus, making games a lot easier, but we should have enough even without him. De Bruyne coming in makes a huge difference as he adds a lot of goals from outside of the striker position, if we can get either Sterling scoing more off that wing or Bony to even get a goal every 2 or 3 starts then that should be fine.

I'm looking on the positive side the kun against Newcastle was the player we know he is ,the kun before that was just plain awful and at a lot of clubs would have been benched.
We managed to go top and unbeaten when he was out of form let's do it again
We have a proven prem goalscorer and a wonder kid and all sorts of false tens we can use.
Let's be honest kun's been gash this season we can and will get by

Thanks for that

It is time for international football to be sidelined or even scrapped.

Only armchair fans are really interested, and they are interested in anything on TV from GBBO to the olympics.

If internationals are to continue they should be run using amateur players or schoolboys, not professional players who club fans pay good money to watch.

This might seem silly, but im sat at work with only 4 minutes left until weekend, and ive not got that feel good feeling, both because of this news and just the fact theres no real football to look forward to :(
