Sergio was different gravy first season. He was never the same after that bad tackle from Clyne first game next season. Still was an incredible player obviously but I reckon he would have been Messi/Ronaldo levels.

Nah he was always a bit chubby. Didn't really take the fitness side of the game as serious as those two.

What a game that was.

I remember some very dodgy officiating in this game until we went 2 up and the ref gave up.

Gonna play devil advocate for a bit and say that as a partnership they were very overrated. Remembered for that game only, but as a duo they never really worked that well together ever again for us

Absolutely. They stunk at times the following season as a partnership and Dzeko became a super-sub because of it.
