I was at Carrow Road once and saw Adrian Heath score for us. We won 1-0. I am not joking.

It was my 30th, went down spent the weekend in Norwich on the piss… nice place.

Away end was bouncing that day! It was non-stop ‘we never win at home’ for about twenty minutes, people dancing down the front of the stand.

What a game that was.

Strange thing was that of our games during the run-in Norwich & Newcastle away were the two I was really worried about us dropping points. Both were brilliant performances as it turned out.

As a completely unrelated aside save for the fact its Norwich, I remember a few years later we played them at home and Balotelli scored a a goal with his shoulder (on purpose) and by this time the mood had definitely changed in the media. After the match the bbc interviewer asked Norwich manager Paul Lambert how disrespectful it must feel to have someone score with their shoulder, I'll never forget his reply and I always respected him for it, "Your looking for headlines about Balotelli aren't you? You'll not be getting them from me son."
