Just looked at the Dzecko one, even if the keeper did get a touch before the post there is no telling it was going in.
I look at Aguero's and think it's the same as if Howard parries that shot out and it hits an Everton defender and goes in.
They are on the strikers side though more than they used to be, it wouldn't have been given 10 years ago but I believe it will be given in a month or so's time.
I'll wait and see what the panel says.
