Does fat not run down into veg?In my Ninja multi cooker I put the chicken in the air fryer basket and veg in the space below in the bowl.
You can effectively "steam" veg whilst using an "air fryer" like the Nija 15 in 1, just put them in foil with butter and some water.but what about stuff you maybe dont want to mix together, it seems the large ones you can cook one type of thing at a time, say a roast chicken, then youve got to put veg in after?
Apologies - which 'unit' do you have? You can effectively "steam" veg whilst using an "air fryer" like the Nija 15 in 1, just put them in foil with butter and some water.
On this there are "steam roast", and a "steam meals" options, these effectively air fry the meat, with gravy/stock below which steams, though I've found putting veg in foil as above as effective, with the steam meals if you have enough stock in the pot, you can cook the veg in the stock like you would boil it in water.
We regularly cook a whole meal in there at the same time, though obviously what you have in there at what time varies, as I like meat to rest, and I don't like overdone veg, so I put things in and take things out as required.
Yeah, pleased do mate.Chers @Mancitydoogle i have grabbed it going of the comments from most in here. I thought they were a gimmis at first but to many of you in here speak to well of them for it to be that.
I'll be sous vide'ing some stuff with it @somapop so i shall report back, it should be ok really unless i wanted to cook a lot. The bowl for that is 5.6 litres i think.
Ninja foodi 15 in 1 (mispelled above).Apologies - which 'unit' do you have?
