I do have most of a Whitetail I shot earlier this year plus other parts now deer. Probably got 40 pounds of elk, same of a cow I bought last year, lots of halibut and rock fish I caught in Alaska

I forgot about your trawler full of halibut.

You need a walk-in freezer like we have at work lol

Yea. Get 2 jars of uncle bens. Add some pineapple or pepper. Fry chicken for 5 min or so and throw it into the slow cooker. Cooking it first drys out the chicken so you can break it up after about 3/4 hrs cooking on high heat. It will reduce to a thick sauce.
