Air fryer/Slow Cooker vs Oven

Seems a waste to put it back on purely for ice cubes (not sure what else I'd need it for - perhaps batch freezing stuff).
Ok - seems liken more than I thought have sacked the ovens off.

If I hadI an outdoor space I'd probably look at BBQoing stuff too.
In fact (and to return to a previous posters question) I once built an outdoor BBQ smoker from an oil drum. I used to wood smoke pulled pork & brisker for hours. Was really proud of that, but something that got left behind when I moved out

Would also love an outdoor pizza oven (or Ooni) but that's for a time when I buy a small pad.
Will definitely look at the Ninja.
If you're a single guy then this but how the hell do you only possess ice cubes in your freezer I have two freezers lol and both are full.

Granted the dogs 'frozen' fresh food takes up a lot of one of them but then we have the batch baking, including frozen veg from fresh, a couple of frozen pizzas, shit like scampi, fish, chicken nuggets etc, raw homemade beef burgers, chips, ice lollies, the only thing I haven't got is ice cubes lol

I’m the same way and freezers are very economical to run.

We’ve just been away and the fridge/freezer was one of the only things we left running. It’s 2 years old or so and cost 3p an hour. That’ll be 5p in October, meaning £1.25 per day, £40 a month.

Peanuts on its own, but some people won’t be able to afford it.

Probably cheaper than running to the store all the time
