A truly shocking performance and I don`t know who was to blame the most,our players or the manager ??
Have no real conviction of passing the ball quickly and never seen Yaya so out of his depth,but then again he did carry an injury.
IMO only one man deserved a mention,Clichy as he ran and worked his bollocks off,even though he got little help from his team mates when everyone could see he was being put under pressure from the wing play in that first half.
Ah well,back to the drawing board.
One only positive tonight !! Gary Neville,who thought we could still get something out of the game with 10 minutes remaining.Must be a closet Blue.

Dzeko is not the reason we lost. You wont be successful in the CL unless you attack.

Should have spent better in summer, a top midfielder for this level which Barry is not (Mancini wanted De Rossi) and some actual pace and ingenuity (Mancini wanted Hazard) would have improved our team a lot for Europe instead of spending £50million on potential and sideways steps mostly. A composed and creative deep sitting midfielder is important for Europe 9 times out of 10 (the 10th being Chelsea last season when the stars aligned for them).

Dzeko with a 7.7 on whoscored.com, highest rated player in our team and fourth highest of the match.

He should've converted one of those chances, but once again the root of the problem lies much deeper than the center-forward. Simplistic scapegoating.
