Albert Rusnak

Levetts. Me too mate. Tell you what mate Oafc have done well out of us haven't they. Always there for a friendley or a testimonial or a loan. Thought they could have handled this one a bit better but never mind. Truth is again though is if Vierra had honestly thought this was a good learning place for our boys then there wouldn't have been a Rusnak tale to tell I suppose. Confrontation seems par for the course with their manager but seems Patrick stayed sensible as has bigger things to do and explore I imagine. Learning Experience for all.

Go away now. I want to discuss how we are going to beat United at the top of the Premier League then how we gonna play Bayern Munich off the park. Youve probably got Accrington on the same night in the JPT. As for the Peterborough incident You call your self a fan? Everyone knows that their Chairman was the first to expose your Leader. Do the homework sunshine and get ready for Crewe. They are gonna add all this up for you .

This is a thread which I created to gauge opinion on Rusnak, and then discuss what’s happened until you piled in with this dross.

As for the comparison of City & Oldham – I was wondering when you’d come out with the high & mighty bollocks. A bit later than I expected though, so well done you.

As for the Peterborough chairman, not much of it has been said actually. Then again, anything said by that guy is to be taken lightly. He’s the same type of guy you’re portaying LJ to be.

You'll have to bring this bollocks from MacAnthony to my attention a bit more because I've not heard anything about this. The Rotherham one, as I have already explained, I am aware of.

Oh no, he threw his coat on to the floor. What a silly man. How dare he show a bit of passion/frustration. Why couldn't he be passionless like the classy Mancini. After all, he wouldn't throw bottles on the floor in disgust, he wouldn't nearly square up to managers like Fergie and gob off at all, would he?

Wise up, will you.

We'll probably batter them and they'll win 1-0. All because LJ took his shoe off and smacked it on the advertisement boards, shortly before getting the players into training that very same evening because they failed to acknowledge just how much damage his shoe caused to the advertising hoardings.

To be fair mate... LJ is a terrible appointment. Too inexperienced. Too young.

We’ll see, mate. I thought it was terrible when he first came in, as we had to try and pick up the pieces with little time left after Dickov had left us scrapping relegation with a bunch of unfit players. Somehow, we got 13pts from the last 8 games when LJ came in, and we survived before the final day. That, alone, was an achievement in itself.

He then had to get rid of some deadwood and players who simply weren’t good enough, and then build a team capable of cementing their position in league one again before aiming higher.

The overhaul has been mental, but one that was needed, as the football last season was truly shite. Us fans were never expecting us to storm this league at LJ’s first attempt, we were just looking for some attractive football to watch (something we haven’t had for a while), whilst the new players bed in.

Yes, we’ve lost 5 from 7, but luck, and some individual brainfart moments, have been the real reason for this. Peterborough, Preston & Rotherham’s managers have all said this season that we were the better team, Rotherham’s, prior to our match at the weekend, said we’re the best team he’s seen this season.

The performances are their, but the results aren’t. Given time, I’m sure it’ll come.

Karl Robinson was a young when he was appointed and he's still plying his trade in League 1. I'd hazard a bet that LJ as just as many coaching qualifications than he does.

Latics as i said are playing some nice football... What I am 'hearing' is that LJ is a bit immature in his ways... He's very lucky to have landed that role... he just hasn't realised it!

Reminder for the Oldham fan. Your Manager was expecting promotion. That was his claim. Your Preston performance was absolutely superb. But good and average teams gobble up the 3 points that come with it. Poor teams on the slide bemoan "how have we not won that". A reminder your Manager talked up promotion!!!!

He never said he "expects" promotion. He merely stated that with the players at his disposal, they are capable. Two entirely different things.

I'm happier that he came out and said something very positive like that, rather than the stereotypical "it's going to be a hard season" bollocks. Fucking hell, even Dickov said we could mount a play off challenge at one point but that was miles off, as was the football.

We're a new team, a lot of new players, and they need time to gel. It doesn't happen overnight. I've not, nor have I ever, said that LJ is the finished article, the best manager I have ever seen, the most mature, the most experiences, the most tactical, bla bla bla. He's new to the game and good things I am sure will come in time. But there's calling him out for his slight misgivings (due to his lack of experience) and there's saying he's already lost the dressing room. The latter is complete horse shit.

Teams dont put in performances like that at Preston if they have no faith in the manager and his methods.

As of now, I believe it will come good. I'm not a kneejerker nor one to demand instant progression/success, unlike a lot of other fickle football fans.

Ok Oldham. Meat pie sausage roll come on Oldham n all that. Good luck. Disappear now. I'm getting a migraine talking about League one football and I'm getting flashbacks of getting soaked behind your goal back in the day. We'll look after Rusnak you keep the faith with the Manager with the Ronnie Corbett jumper and shoes. See you in another lifetime unless you get into FA Cup 3rd round again. Good Luck Oldham.

I'm all for differing opinions and all that. But slagging off the smaller clubs like us, whilst bigging up you're own, and shit like "disappear now" and "see you in another lifetime" make you sound like a fucking United fan.

Stop acting like a **** and wind your neck in

Come on our forum and expect anything Oldham. Don't like it, stay off it.

I do like it. Thankfully, there's decent City fans on here that don't feel the need to act Chief ****.

Don't like it? Stay out of the thread. Discussions and differences are normal on forums. For some reason, acting all United-like seems to be giving you a hard on.

Whatever does it for you though, I guess.
