You calling Mills from Burnley a "young kid" at at least his 3rd club? And played games in the championship? Vierra has done the right thing only via the media in saying that Albert should apologise but if he really felt it was the correct environment for a young player he would have made him apologise and get back to you and start playing. He didn't he said go and apologise then get back here ASAP. What does that say for your relegation slide ? Your Chairman always sounds brilliant. He won't allow your egomaniac manager keep bringing red cards no clean sheets FA fines for touch line behaviour 0 points per game and poor relationships with Premier league clubs for much longer. And I'm sure your Chairman must cringe every time your manager takes to Twitter. Bullshitttttters often win the first 200 meters of a 400 meter race but they never get over the line. Have a good look at Crewe on Sat. A club with class at looking after young players. Mind you well done to you too. You're centre half looks good.
I wouldn't say 23 is very old, put it that way. My point was that if LJ is such an egotistical, detestible manager, why would he extend his loan?
Rusnak has gone back because LJ does not want someone who doesn't want to put the effort in. Vieira didn't need to make Rusnak apologise for media's sake, that's garbage. If Vieira felt we were in the wrong, it would have been portrayed like that. City wouldn't lose any sleep not dealing with us agagain if he felt one of his players was mistreated. There's plenty of other local clubs to loan their players too. Instead he wants to keep the relationship the two clubs have and saw that it was best for Rusnak to return. Like I said, Rusnak wasn't forced on us, LJ watched him and got him. It's a shame for all parties that it's not worked out, but we've had many a loan player in the past that have put the effort in, like we have in Mills this season who's giving 100% every game, and keeping out a player we've just signed from FC Basel. If Rusnak had shown us, what he obviously shows in the EDS every week, then he'd be pushing one of our wingers out of the team...the fact is he wasn't.
"Keep bringing red cards" - we've had 1, which was in the last game, and the player is being punished for it because it was stupid. That's 1 in 9 games.
"FA fine for touchline behaviour" - I doubt Corney is that arsed about this, given the circumstances which led to said stoppage time rant.
"Poor relationships with PL clubs" - Bloody hell, what a comment. One loan that didn't work out and we have bad relationships with PL club(s).
You don't need to tell me about Crewe and their youth policy - it's top notch, and everyone knows that. Having said that, it's got fuck all to do with this though, so it's another piece of bullshit that's come from the tips of your fingers this morning.
As for the Tarkowski comment - finally, something sensible and realistic from you. Signed a new contract this summer after LJ praised him and stated that he was good enough to play at the highest level (something a few of us Oldham fans were skeptical about given past indifferent performances). LJ was right, though. Tarkowski is a bloody good player and will play at a higher level. We did well to fend off interest from Huddersfield just before deadline day.
