My heart sank when i saw he was being readied to come on yesterday,and as it proved,that feeling was justified.Another woeful Pellegrini decision.

It was the correct decision when he told him to warm up - we were getting joy down the left and Clichy providing a great cross was unexpected - he's not exactly a threat in attack - while Kolarov has been reasonable in patches as an attacking option.

However when Clichy did provide the goal, Pellegrini should have cancelled the substitution immediately. That was his only mistake yesterday, in an otherwise good match for Pellegrini, but it cost us at least a point.

Bertrand is a high calibre player. He's gone away and learnt his trade and would be of great value to a team who demand attacking fullbacks who aren't frail at the back. I know for a fact that he has and IS on the clubs radar.

I was hounded by a group of football specialists a few months back for stating that Bertrand was the best left back in the country.

I hope you are right, I think he is exactly what we need, superb athlete. Danny Rose would be an upgrade on Kolarov but after yesterday's cuntish behaviour, I doubt I'd ever want him at City.

Doubt there is a worse player for kids to learn their game with than this guy. Ignored celina and barker all game, looked like he was annoyed to have to play with the kids all game. Was also awful

he always seems to do that whenever a youth player is in front of him. celina and barker made some good runs, he never passes it to them
