I would just like to thank everybody who has helped this thread, it's been really useful for me and I do hope we sell out. I think the main problem is that (for once it must be said) city have over-priced the tickets and it has backfired with a stadium that may not sell out.... I just hope they aren't happy with it because they got more money.

Great thread though and thanks a lot for all the hard work being put in, and let us hope for a noisy sell-out crowd!
It's not City's fault. City wanted to bring the prices down but United would not agree, so, because of that, City had no choice but to keep them at top dollar! The owners would never use our fans like that anyway, you should already know that! CTID

I don't get it, why should we care what United are selling at?

I was hoping someone could answer me a quick question as ive been stuck on City tickerline answer messages for like 10 mins nearly now!

I got tickets for Wed last week (think it was like the 31st) and as my gf hasnt got an Accesscard had to sign her up for one. Now it all went thru fine and I have recieved the emails as per usual telling me that they went through and that. But I was wondering do they send out her Accesscard to the address given or do I need to pick it up from the ticket office?

Hope someone can help!

I have a similar problem, dog chewed up my access card so I ordered a new one with the tickets, its not arrived as yet. If it doesnt turn up, will a steward let me in with the e-mail confirmation of the ticket and with my gf access card and ticket.

They get the revenue from their tickets so the two teams have to agree pricing. I'm not sure what the mechanism is but the away club has some influence over the home pricing. I seem to remember we had a cup-tie (might even have been Scunny in the FA Cup) where the away club insisted on higher prices than we wanted to charge because they knew they would sell out.

tERESTIAL TV. sorry can you explain why that is a reason ?
Will set off at 8.00am wed and fight my way through the artic blizzards, 8ft snow drifts,
-25c conditions, through rag hamlets and towns, to be THERE,
tERESTIAL TV my arse.

I wish you'd all stop pissing and moaning about this.

It has not had the normal selling criteria for a game. It's been an unusual time to sell the tickets.

Christmas means many fans think about other things. Like it or not, all 44,000 Blues in COMS are not shirt-wearing, faggot-in-the-pinking south stand diehards.

There's been a mad rush in the last couple of days now the criteria has been relaxed. They'll be gone in no time.

Stop fucking flapping you dicks

It's on the OS site now that season card holders can buy an additional 2 tickets for Wednesday. What the fuck is going on ? The ticket section shows about 600 left. I'm confused.
