There almost certainly will be quite a few rags in the city parts of the ground, just the same as there will b City in rag parts of the swamp.
What there WONT be is large numbers "firming up" in the other sides part of the ground.
If I was sitting next to a rag in either Maine Road or Eastlands, then as long as they kept themselves quiet and dignified no problems, if they decide to celebrate a rag goal then they get whats coming to them.
The days of a sides "fans" mobbing up and "taking an end" are long gone.
