I never suggested she got her punditry job as a quota filling woman, don't put words like that into my mouth.Nothing to do with her being a women , next to the men who are walking clićhes she is a breathe of fresh air
i hate this fucking notion she and other women get jobs because they are women and not that they have earned it , dinoseur thinking, the glass ceiling is hard enough
Sexist twaddle
There's no pundits, male or female that earn that role, all are handed it to them because they played the game professionally. yet as we've seen over the years, the overlap between having played professionally to a high standard and being able to analysis the game and then on top of that eloquently deliver that analysis on live TV infront of millions isn't as big of an overlap as you'd think.
There's nothing remotely sexist in saying she's a very bland and dull pundit, she fits right in with the rest of them. As I said previously, i've no issue with her getting the presenting role, I don't dislike her, I think it's hard to have an opinion either way on her because she doesn't say much of note. she's the inoffensive bland type the BBC are no doubt looking for and she'll probably be a better presenter than pundit.
