I keep thinking surely this has to bring him down, but he clings on like me to my beer at last orders.

I am becoming more convinced that this **** will never leave the job unless its in a bodybag.

He is made of Teflon, could you imagine if party gate had happened to Macron? The French would be rioting, we need to wake up as a country and understand what is unfolding in front of us and what their terrible leadership is doing to our lives and futures.

They’re also let off the hook by an ineffectual opposition that has had a dozen years to work out what it is but which still hasn’t set out a coherent, cogent, and electable alternative. Labour allowed itself to be castigated as the cause of the financial crisis and, thus, a near decade of austerity, when, in truth, it was a global event and austerity was a Conservative choice. Now, however, the boot should be on the other foot and Labour should be piling everything on the Conservatives, yet, bafflingly, they don’t appear willing or able to do that and allow the Government to point at every international event imaginable.

Really hope that there is a good turnout at the by-elections this week, as the last thing the country needs is voter apathy.

I know this George Carlin quote relates to the USA but is true of the UK, even more so with the current government.

I don't accept he's made of Teflon, he just has no sense of morals so will stay on much longer than anyone else would under the same circumstances. The facade of intelligence/intellectualism has now entirely disappeared as people have realised who he really is. He'll be gone fairly soon but unfortunately for the rest of us it will take a generation to repair the damage he and his band of incompetents have done to the country.
