Number 10 has just issued an apology to Buckingham Palace for the parties.

So nothing from Johnson himself - is it even possible that one building can apologise to another building for the action of its occupants
Lizzie has just spanked one over privileged shagger.

Will she use the mechanisms of her power to do the same?

Her family have history of making accidents happen.

If they do nothing wrong they don't have to worry about it either way. My guess is the general public feel little sympathy with the political aspirations of a member of any party if its proved they've made a grave error of judgement.
They certainly seem to be getting wary of the excuses offered in defence and a seemingly lack of accountability.
I agree, nothing is likely to change.
Not sure what kind of fantasy land you think politics is Phil. I'm out.

Well no, it doesn't work like that because it's all about self preservation. The general public deserve better and if that means some falling on their swords then it'd go down far better than the cloak and dagger bullshit politics has hoodwinked the public into believing.
Of course it'll never change because it suits no party to do so.
Surely the general public has what it deserves, no? Johnson’s character and reputation were well attested before the last General Election, so the fact that he won’t do the ‘honourable thing’ now should come as no surprise. He confessed that he would govern with a light touch and by that he means he sits in the clouds brushing with big strokes, and the lackeys fill in the gaps. As such, he cannot be expected to be held responsible for what they do. At least that will be his defence. His (mis)behaviour previously has only been punished because he had superiors, and in this instance he will only be removed once sufficient letters are stuffed through the 1922 Committee letterbox and the process of challenge and removal begins.

Serious question to the hardcore tories. How many more things can these cretins get wrong whilst lying to your face will you accept? Bonus points if you can reply without mentioning Labour.

And only then if they are sure there are enough MPs who will back the call of no confidence in the ‘Lovable rogue’ - 180? Otherwise he can’t be challenged for another 12 months.

I know James polarises opinions but listen to this call - this is the reason why it was one rule for us and other rules for them

We turned up with 11 for our funeral around the time.

We were hoping they’d just say yeah go on then but they didn’t.

We had close family members stood outside socially distanced upset by themselves.

In the chapel, we were spread in single chairs right across the room.

It was cold and a bizarre experience.
