If he pays record fees he's criticised- if he stands his ground he's criticised. However, in this case Arsenal have clearly decided that if Sanchez goes, it's not going to be to a PL rival. Not much Txiki can do about that.

The player has to agree as well, Wenger don't get to decide.

If you were in the peak of your career and about to sign your last big contract would you sign for whatever club comes looking for you or would you prefer to pick where you want to go?

If Sanchez can't sign for us now he will definitely won't sign a contract extension either.

I think if PSG are really sniffing, the Sheikh will order Txiki and Khaldoon to go all guns blazing to try and get Sanchez

There's no way Abu Dhabi would want to lose out to Qatar for the second time in a couple of weeks

In fact PSG's interest could all be a ploy by Sanchez's agent to get City to try and force this deal over the line

Try and imagine if you can that Everton or Newcastle are as minted as us, do you think players would go there before say Barcelona, Madrid, PSG etc? The fact that we have brought Silva, Aguero, KDB, Yaya, Gabriel Jesus etc to Manchester is a fucking huge change in perception of our club, but it does not guarantee us everyone we want. To be fair to Txiki it seems that Sanchez wants to come to us over PSG and Bayern, but they won't sell to us, unless we offer daft money; if we offered daft money then we would be daft

There's no way PSG can get both Neymar, and Sanchez. What about FFP? They're in a shite league, where the league champions have been ripped apart. This would defo need looking at. Neymar alone is 190 Million plus.
