Well despite the money spent thats what we have done with Ederon, Stones, Mendy, DeBruyne Sane Jesus and Sterling. Its also what we did with Silva, Aguero and Kompany. Seems to have worked ok and is the way we should carry on.

They're exactly the types of player I would put into the category along with Kev. Obviously known to be very talented, would flourish under Pep, but prefer to concentrate on playing football first, with image and money not the be all and end all.
