Realistically how many more shots has he at league titles and champions league? He can't afford to waste (no offence) a year in his late 20s at a club not competing in one and no recent history in the other.

And so it begins. Wonder how long it will take before oil, money and city are mentioned, as well as inflating transfer market and ruining football. I wont be listening.

There is the human element too though. Sanchez is a warrior but if your heart is set elsewhere than you can't give it your all, all of the time, even though you'd like to. Also you're super pissed at the club you busted your ass for the last couple years.

It's time to move on.
