I dont think he will make any announcement at all. I think he will keep stum and it will be the Arsenal propaganda which will do the press releases to appease their fans. Hope I am wrong. :-)
Do you think Sanchez will be on the TV telling his countrymen this is an insignificant trophy should they win tonight? Why does Sanchez want to leave Arsenal and why do Arsenal fans want Wenger out?
Because like the Con Feds Cup the FA Cup is nowhere near the big 2 trophies.
Course he's not going to say that but if someone told him to throw tonight for a chance in the World Cup final he'd take it.Do you think Sanchez will be on the TV telling his countrymen this is an insignificant trophy should they win tonight?
I was not comparing it to the other trophies I was saying it was significant. Do you think our 2011 FA cup was insignificant?
1997And when was the last time England won a tournament as big? Believe me Germany might not be taking it seriously but other teams who win it reckon it counts and this Chile team definitely will.
But if someone told him to chuck it tonight so he could be fit for City's Premier league/Champions league campaign would he chuck it? No. It is a significant trophy for him and for Chile just as the FA cup was for us in 2011.Course he's not going to say that but if someone told him to throw tonight for a chance in the World Cup final he'd take it.
What are you on about? He's not a city player yet?But if someone told him to chuck it tonight so he could be fit for City's Premier league/Champions league campaign would he chuck it? No. It is a significant trophy for him and for Chile just as the FA cup was for us in 2011.
It was you who bought up hypothetically chucking tournaments. What are you on about? He's not a city player yet?
It's a bit different don't you think. Anyway we aren't going to agree so crack on thinking this World Cup warm up is prestigious. It was you who bought up hypothetically chucking tournaments.
How is this Sanchez deal going to stop us from getting fullback? Generally interesting in why you think that.Again, I don't get the desperation with many on here who want Sanchez at City. We need fullbacks. 3 or 4. And than it sort of depends who will be likely to leave before it's a necessity to fill another spot in the squad imo.
Furthermore good fullbacks are rare. Forewards Sanchez level aren't other than that they cost a bit more money than a fullback.
From Arsenals point of view they don't need to sell. They might get a player who isn't happy but if Sanchez form would show such he's not that good a professional. And it'll give Arsenal another 6 months to try and change the players mind.
If Sanchez joins fine. If not it's hardly a disaster. I don't want it to disturbed City preparing for the coming season.
Amen lolCan people please stop posting information from accounts that are either far from reliable or from fake accounts.
The guy claiming he has signed a new contract clearly knows nothing and you'd know that if you just spent 2 minutes on his twitter page and as for the journalist, please stop falling for fake accounts and actually check it's his proper twitter handle.
1. Because they're Tarquin cnuts.
2. Because like the dippers they are congenitally unable to accept the new reality that City are a more attractive destination than themselves. In their heads it's still 1998 and St Thierry is still putting clubs like ikkle City to the sword in his sleep, and they can't wrap their heads around the fact that the sands of time have irrevocably shifted. That, and the Van Persie episode, is what underpins their idiotic determination to cling on to someone who doesn't want to be there. Think Pulp Fiction and Marcellus Wallace telling Butch to ignore the sting when the time comes to take a dive. "That's pride fucking with you", he says. "Well fuck pride." Trouble is of course, people like Wenger can't accept that.
3. As a result of 1. and 2. they will now engage in Operation Blame Deflection. By the end of this window they may or may not have sold Sanchez to us, but they will unquestionably have turned the lad into a greedy, grasping, traitorous hate figure, courtesy of their mates in the press. Raheem Sterling all over again.
Funny thing is I'm not even that bothered if he comes. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have him, but if it meant we went after Dembele or Mbappe instead I wouldn't lose any sleep at all

That also baffled me.Plus the old timers we already have going forward such as Sane,Sterling and Jesus !When did the transfer window open????
At this 'late' stage... you get better, starving
Bluemoon, fucking up peoples concept of time 2017
Nailed on !I think he will go on holiday and nothing will happen until late august
I suppose the question is at what point do they have to put aside childish petulance and dereliction of duty and take the money? Of course they may not see sense but to piss away tens of millions would be gross negligence on their part.
I'd be happy to have Dembele or Mbappe instead too but they won't bring the leadership that Sanchez would and that is a quality we need more of now.
If Sanchez signed for City, he'd more than likely threaten the position of Aguero, and Sterling, rather than Sane and Jesus. If Aguero and Sanchez were to play together, I don't see why Sanchez would make life any easier for Aguero than Jesus does.Bigger benefits to be had elsewhere?
I'm sure some fans on here don't even watch us play and just listen to the MOTD analysis.
Our defence was not a major issue last season despite what some say. The chances we conceded was no worse than Chelsea, United and Spurs. The difference was they could rely on Coutouis, De Gea and Lloris to make a save. We had a keeper who conceded 16 goals from 18 shots on target. Also factor is the fact Chelsea and United play far more conservative than us and Spurs are a much younger and energetic team.
We've got a new goalkeeper. We're also going to sign new full backs which will improve our defence 10-fold. We also currently have Stones, Otamendi, Vinny and Kolarov, who despite getting a regular bashing on here, is a competent CB with a wicked cross field ball.
The real issue was struggling to put away the likes of Stoke, United, Southampton and Middlesboro at home due to piss poor finishing.
Then again, if you cannot see how having the likes of Sanchez on the pitch can help improve Kun and allow him more space then there's no point in even discussing the issue.
