Why have we not put a 2nd bid in yet i wonder

We're not playing their game Karen, at least I hope. Their situation is desperate. City need not to panic. The deal can be done without the money Arsenal would expect. We + the player himself just need to be calm...

Selling Sanchez is clearly the best move for Arsenal, everything about the deal points in City's favour, and yet...

Arsenal are not like other clubs. They allow sentiment and desire to appear strong overrule common sense and intelligence. That's why I'm worried about this one.

Don't worry, be happy, it's playing out as predicted. Alexis will make his debut against the dippers.

We can be calm. I'm not sure Alexis can. This is his life in others hands

Its not much but just reading on fb(i know i know) that Beinsport reported its done for 70million so make of that what you will . p.s. im no ITK just tell what i saw on FB
It's been reported on here earlier but good effort all the same.

I bet if you were to take a poll of Arsenal fans at the end of last season as to whether they wanted to sell Sanchez, over 95% would have said no. And then that Liverpool game will have rocked them. We think it's common sense that they should sell, but although confidence at Arsenal will have been shaken, the majority probably still really want him to stay. They wont see things as we do.

Expect Sanchez to be booked playing for Chile when his goal celebration involves him momentarily leaving the field of play to sign his new contract before the deadline.

He'll hardly be quaking. If he leaves now, he wins. If he leaves in January or next summer, he wins.
He's already be wealthy, but this might be his last chance at fighting for the top trophies in football. Although I think he'll end up at a top club, there are realistically only a handful who could potentially win the Champions League and a few more who could win their domestic titles. I don't think the top clubs will go for him in 12 months time.
