'All Or Nothing' - discussion of documentary

Watching episode 8 and the Yaya send off and it really makes it all the more baffling and sad how he's ruined his legacy at the club with what he's said.

Isn't it just? It's got a nice balance to it so far, the relationships with the backroom staff is very honest.
I'm loving this series - and I'm a Villa fan. You really do have an amazing group of talented players and a manager who kicks every ball for you. Good to see all aspects of the club from washing boots / kits to high level discussions regarding spending serious cash to get the best players. Some of the best bits have been the team talks before games in that 'cinema' room. Best bit was Pep shaking Wenger's hand having just given him an earful! Class.

It was only a year ago but its easy to forget how many serious injuries we had to key players. I don't wish injuries on anyone but imagine the struggle for Liverpool without say van Dyk and Mane, or Spurs without Eriksen and Kane -

Just finished watching the whole documentary. Wish I didn't watch episode 7. Still baffles me how we managed to lose against Utd when we should have scored at least 6 and how the ref ruined our comeback against the scousers in a 2nd leg. All in all, the best documentary that has ever been made.

Binged it all over the weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. Genuine goosebumps in certain moments. What are the odds they choose us and the season they do was the season we had. And we made something along the lines of £10m for doing it, right?

Has anyone else noticed that the Premier League action clips are not in HD? Presumably that is a licencing type issue.

Off topic a little: I'm not 100% sure how licencing works when it comes to footy, but I've noticed Youtube clips of matches that have been chopped or blurred tend to stay up.

On another note. I'm sure your average channel get's shitter the more hd channels are sold. Probably just me though.

Episode 7 is a hard watch but the last episode makes up for it.

A memorable season never to be forgotten.

Episode 7, a hard watch, even now.
Cheating referees. "Offside" goals. Penalties not given. Assaults.

Episode 8, we thought we all knew the ending.
We do, but that last moment in the 'cinema' room is a heart-wrencher.

Class.

That episode 7 showed how that coach attack rattled the side. You could see pep was livid and can only imagine the players were the same. Showed in our performance in that first 30 minutes. Even with all that we were unlucky not to be well in that tie if not win it.

Got my free months trial last night on Amazon.
Watched all 8 episodes in a row, episode 7 smarted abit, until the scum fucked up against west brom which perked me up.
Amazing documentary, best part for me was seeing dressing room Pep, compared with media Pep.
The passion that man has is incredible, we already knew that, but to watch it was amazing.
