Posters claiming officer can claim concussion as a mitigating factor for his reaction.

Could the guy at the machine who’s been slammed into the machine first claim the same concussion? Or is that just afforded to the side these posters are on?

By the tone of that post, I can take a guess the "side" you're on. Can the people who were allegedly assaulted by these cunts before events covered by the CCTV cameras also claim compensation for assault?
