I have stated several times-there are situations where it is entirely appropriate to kick somebody in the head and that 'decision' is a subjective one for the officer and that is how he will be held to account. The argument was, and always has been, that there is no context in which it's acceptable for the police the kick someone in the head once they've been neutralised. Some context has been provided but it doesn't change anything. They guy doesn't even look like he's properly come around after being tasered when the officer kicks him. His brother is also sat with his hands in his head at this point. The situation is under control.
The police have a right to arrest and charge the suspects. They dont have a right to undertake extra judicial beatings. Ever. And if they do do that, your opinion might well be that the suspects "deserved it" but it doesn't change the fact that the officer will be investigated and possibly prosecuted for it.
The suspects should also be prosecuted for their part in it. Nobody comes out of it looking good.
I am not sure about that. The start of the video is where the officer bangs the guys head in the machine twice before the other guy comes in. This is what starts what followed with the police officers. You can see the male instantly resists-they had already assaulted members of the public, a police officer needs to act decisively at that point-the goal is always control..and as we all know they were met with appalling violence.
The more I see it and think about the more I side with the officer doing the kicking-he's taken at least 10 punches to his head, seen his colleagues assaulted and beaten savagely-a situtaion that could have easily gone horribly wrong when firearms are involved.
I have every sympathy with him but fear that this has gone too far for it not to end with his dismissal and criminal sanction-and I can say that whilst still believing that he needs to account for his actions.
I have absolutely zero sympathy for the two males who it would seem have carried out a number of violent assaults without any regard for other's safety or the police.

I imagine there is more vids to come that will make the cunts look even worse. Like them attacking someone in costa.
They probs rue the day they let that grifting tiktok lawyer make them world famous.
Hes like saul goodman
its from experience partly-police wouldve approached, informed him who they were and taken hold of his arms-he twists and confronts them in an instant. At that point you're past the point of politeness.I am not sure about that. The start of the video is where the officer bangs the guys head in the machine twice before the other guy comes in. No Idea what went on before as not seen any videos on that.
And police were met with appalling violence after the officer shoved the guys face in the machine twice from behind.
I don’t think I could control myself with that barrage of abuse that copper received. If they tried that in most other countries they would have come of much worseYou can see the male instantly resists-they had already assaulted members of the public, a police officer needs to act decisively at that point-the goal is always control..and as we all know they were met with appalling violence.
