An apology to Mancini

I'm curious to see if all this love will continue when we start to lose points because of the CL , the 3 games a week and the rotation.

It'll be pretty boring for you since your entire WUM scthick is based around the totally false assertion that there are people on the forum who've got agendas against Mancini. As the team improves and results improve, I imagine you'll quietly fuck off and find some other poor club's forum to infect with your shite...

elegant as usual , bravo !

Pearce and Keegan were top after 3 games, Peter Reid too.

Mancini is second, Mancini out!

Some great points made in this thread and while we don't need to start fellating each other just yet, it is worth bearing in mind that Mancini has done all of this whilst maintaining the best hair in the premier league.

The other factor is of course, just wait until the SCARF returns as winter draws in!!!!

HOLY SMOKES!!!!

Regarding Mancini, the ends have justified the means.......

I was never a Ericsson in or outer, I was never a Hughes in or outer and I have never been a Mancini in or outer either, the one thing I would ask all Blues to remember is not to make our financial windfall turn us into a carbon copy of a typical Rag supporter.

I implore that if any of you feel as if you are being infected with their arrogant, puss filled demeanour, just remember the bad days of Frontzeck, Conlon etc and think where we are today.

The difficult takes time, the impossible takes just that little bit longer. If Mancini has proved anything its that even the best coaches even with all the riches in the world at their disposal need time to achieve their goals. Hopefully this is an important lesson that we have now all learned and it will stand us all in good stead for the years to come.

Looking at Mancini as a player and a manager, there was never anything to suggest he was a defensive manager. What time has proved is that Mancini has rebuilt our squad from the bottom up, first making us defensively solid and hard to beat and now making us hard to contain as an attacking and creative force now he has the quality of players in place to achieve this!!

What I've loved the most about Mancini is even with our brilliant performances so far this season, he has brought us all back down to earth by pointing out that of the 3 goals that we have conceded so far in the Premiership this season, 2 of them were very poor and this is what he is going to turn his attention to. Having heard those statements, those who have doubted Mancini's quality as a coach should be left in no doubt that our great club is safe in his hands for now. As I've already stated; the ends have justified Mancini's means........

PS: I also believe we should also give Mancini the extra responsibility that he wants and we should start negotiating with him from now for a contract extension.

Great post.

I was thinking that the other day about his contract. The club need to get him secured on a longer deal now as I believe he's got less than two years to go on his current one.

Is anyone who has even a passing knowledge of Mancini the player and the wealth of attacking talent in our squad really surprised by the way we've played so far this season? It was clear to me that we would see a much more expansive style of play now RM's position is unassailable.

A highly intelligent and tactical man he has played an absolute fucking blinder as far as I'm concerned. I have no doubt whatsoever that he will win Manager of the Year this season.

I have been one of his biggest critics since he arrived, but this football is sensational now.

You will build a DYNASTY and its going to be BRILLIANT
