Correct indeed. Anybody who actually wants to be a politician should automatically be ruled out as unfit for the job. I don't trust any of them. Some I just loathe more than others due to their complete ignorance of everday life.

Burnham and his helpers rewrote his wiki page so it the staffs health care cricis that he was health sec didn't reflect badly on him. He's had himself photo shopped into charity awards presentations when he wasn't present. The man is totally vile. Would turn up to the opening of an envelope if he thought it would get him some publicity.

As well as the Scouse issue, I have got a bit of a downer on Andy from when I worked in the Department of Health and he flooded the place with management consultants.
This, self entitled. Burnham and his helpers rewrote his wiki page so it the staffs health care cricis that he was health sec didn't reflect badly on him. I have no idea. I have no idea what they did, what the circumstances were, and what measurable improvements or decreases in service there were.

Im sorry mate but i cant bundle someone who has earnt through a political career what Burnham has and continues to do with a grass root activist.
I also dont feel that £110,000 a year for a Mayor is money well spent or necessary given he is a part of a council made up of another 10 council leaders and the salaries they command whilst people face stringent cuts to services at every corner.
That is a hell of a lot of money sat round a table and most ordinary folk will ask what they are getting for it and rightly so imo.
