He has earnt that wealth by the commitment and effort he has put in and the sacrifices to a 'normal' life he has made.I don't hate him I just hate his petulant behaviour at his press conference. Sure it's upsetting when you can't do the things you love but he's had a great life jetting round the world and earning £85 million in the process. There won't be a knock at the door from the debt collectors wanting his telly and his family will want for nothing financially. He needs to remember that.

I dont think money has ever been his motivation anyway,he has simply wanted to be the very best he could be and now he faces the prospect of that prematurely ending,which has understandably devastated him.
Bang on,being a Champion is a 24hr occupation,it never ends.....every aspect of your life is dedicated to that one goal and nothing can distract you because you can guarantee it wont be distracting your rivals/competitors.Not specifically Murray, but it always makes me laugh when there's prize money for some event and you always get someone saying "not bad for a couple of hours work". Try 20 years work to get to that point.
