Vidal would make Utd challengers but Di Maria will get eaten in this league hope they sign James too huge money on players that arnt cut out for the league. Couple of hard tackles on a rainy day and Di Maria will lose all interest. At least that's what im telling myself now he is heading to the rags. Their backline is in tatters but they seem to be making moves for attacking players. If its true they are going 5-3-2 they need at least 3 more CB's a RB and a LB if evra leaves. they will have dropped 110 odd mil on three player with only Shaw a nailed on starter and with other 2 fighting with Mata, Powell, Carrick, Nani, Young, Cleverley, Fletcher, Valencia, Zaha, Fellaini, Januzaj and Kagawa for 3 positions.

I disagree that Di Maria would get eaten alive in the Premier League as I personally believe the league more than ever now allows every single type of player to flourish if they allow themselves to adapt to the culture etc etc.

Silva and Nasri ten to fifteen years ago would not have lasted two minutes I reckon but the Premier League is becoming more continental than ever, you still have it rough at times but it's nowhere near what it was.

I don't think Van Gaal will go with 5 at the back, he only did that with the Dutch because their defence was not good enough to play in a 4, as proved in the pre-World Cup friendly against France which convinced Van Gaal to go with the 5.

I still think they will get a central defender, but if they get Vidal and Di Maria then that will make them challengers if Van Gaal can gel them together quickly, plus add in the fact they are going to have a clear run at the title next season.

I wouldn't be surprised to not see Rooney play much next season.

Di Maria--Van Persie--Januzaj
--------Mata-------Herrera--------
------------------Vidal-----------------
Shaw------CB---Jones-----Rafael
-----------------De Gea---------------

That would be my team. Impressive on paper but let's see how it turns out.

Could be joining United for €60m/£48m for him according to Onda Cero (radio station in Spain). Would make him the most expensive player ever sold by Real Madrid and all because they want a shiny new toy (James Rodriguez) after Di Maria had an unbelievable season and helped them win La Decima. Come on PSG, go and blow them out of the water.

Players like Vidal and Di Maria would quickly turn United around.
If smooth fm said Aguero was going Barcelona would you believe it?

I live in spain and they're extreamly reliable in my opinion. Hit and miss like most but 60% right.

No, but Onda Cero actually has a reputation. Not exactly Talksport or I wouldn't even mention it.

Trying to be honest and I think he would be a great signing, playing at home with the crowds and favourable officials he would be very good, whether he would do it at Hull, Stoke away is a different matter but he would not have to play, pick his games.

I am going to p*ss myself laughing for years if the rags spend £150m+ and do NOT qualify for the CL again!!!!!!
