PSG signing Di Maria??? how is that possible?
guess they don't really give a shit about FFP..

it's interesting to see how UEFA will respond to this..

I think the signing of Di Maria by PSG would end any chance of getting a buyer for Yaya....Out of all the big clubs his agent talked about, only PSG would have put up the money we would want but with the FFP restrictions they have and the signing of Luiz and Di Maria I think Yaya will still be a blue when the season starts.....No replacements for his talent on the market, so keeping him was very important!
We'll end up with a Yaya who doesn't want to be here continuing to snipe at the club through the press and in the media. It was more important to sell him than to find a similar replacement.

I agree with the comment above, it could really hurt the dressing room if Yaya is still being negative ...

And if he is not being negative he will be a huge asset as he has been since arriving. Let's assume that our management staff have a better perspective to assess the situation than we do and luck is on their side no matter what they do. One thing for sure though is that anyone from the press know it'll be simple to start panic in the stands this season just by mentioning his name. So expect some noise even if it's completely harmonious in the dressing room.

Ps I'd love to have DiMaria but can't see for who or how we could afford it. Same with Barkley (who I think would be an even better buy)

Looks like RM are buying Kroos and selling Khedira to Arsenal....and making money out of the deal.....Just a shame we cant get into bidding for Di Maria as I think he would make a big impact on the outside....

Khedira for £23mil would be a great signing. A fantastic player.
Maybe Arsenal will be a serious contender this season after all.

I disagree that Di Maria would get eaten alive in the Premier League as I personally believe the league more than ever now allows every single type of player to flourish if they allow themselves to adapt to the culture etc etc.

Silva and Nasri ten to fifteen years ago would not have lasted two minutes I reckon but the Premier League is becoming more continental than ever, you still have it rough at times but it's nowhere near what it was.

I don't think Van Gaal will go with 5 at the back, he only did that with the Dutch because their defence was not good enough to play in a 4, as proved in the pre-World Cup friendly against France which convinced Van Gaal to go with the 5.

I still think they will get a central defender, but if they get Vidal and Di Maria then that will make them challengers if Van Gaal can gel them together quickly, plus add in the fact they are going to have a clear run at the title next season.

I wouldn't be surprised to not see Rooney play much next season.

Di Maria--Van Persie--Januzaj
--------Mata-------Herrera--------
------------------Vidal-----------------
Shaw------CB---Jones-----Rafael
-----------------De Gea---------------

That would be my team. Impressive on paper but let's see how it turns out.

If that's your team I think you may be on the wrong forum, personally couldn't give a flying f*** what team they put out

So it looks once the James deal goes through PSG will sign Di Maria, who are they going to sell or are they really just going to ignore FFP?

Di Marzio: With James # to the @ realmadrid, the @ PSG_inside will thus close to # DiMaria

read they are selling cavani for 50M+ to keep up with FFP

rags are pushing for him...after Di Maria rejected them

Once teams know they are desperate to sell to comply with ffp I doubt they will get 50mill.

We should be doing this with Isco.

Italian & French reports that PSG have been in talks with Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria today re: a loan move with option to buy. #PSG #RMCF

Is PSG loaning Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria to outsmart UEFA actually stronger proof that FFP is flawed than Real signing James Rodriguez?
