Mangala £40m, Di Maria £40m, Gundogen £25m, Alberto Moreno £25m would be the perfect signings (in the summer window mind, I know however its very unlikely we'd spend this amount but we'd piss the league for years to come!!
I'd say:
Mangala £15m
Shaw £15m
Pogba £20m
Zuculini £1.5m

Di Maria is really needed, even if we already have Silva, Nasri, Navas, Milner, Jovetic and Lopes all fighting for attacking midfield spots. He would be a great signing and should be put alongside the others as he offers something different in terms of skill and pace.
Fixed.... :-)

Guys like him aren't leaving Madrid to get more part time playing time at another club.

Why would he be a part time player for us? He's a big upgrade over Navas. Can be used in a midfield 3 to boot. Would play a hell of a lot more games for us then he does for Madrid.

-- Sat Apr 26, 2014 8:36 pm --

I don't know about being an upgrade over Navas but the comparison is pointless anyway since Di Maria is left sided and Navas is right.
Do we need him? Swings and roundabouts really since Lopez can play on the left and Nasri will be back in a couple of months. If we did get him then we could rotate Nasri and Silva in the center and Lopez and Di Maria on the left maybe?

DiMaria is not a left sided player. He plays on the right. CR7 plays on the left.

Di Maria is far more productive on the left than on the right. He's played mostly on the left for Madrid this season too.

Again how has he played on the left? CR7 plays every game when fit. He plays on the left. He's always played on the right for Madrid.

All of this talk of United and Arsenal eying him. I think if we sell Dzeko we have to be looking at adding this lad to our ranks. Incredible pace down the left hand flank. If Navas gets injured were back to the likes of Kolarov to provide service for our strikers.

yes yes yes. he's better than navas. go get him city.

Will u fuck off with the Cr7 shit!!!

He would definetely be an upgrade, and has been playing really well when given the chance while Ronaldo was injured. So I would say yes to him, and then maybe move out one or two current players instead.
