ARSENAL and Manchester City have joined Chelsea in the race to sign Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria.

VERSATILE: Carlo Ancelotti has forced Angel Di Maria to play in central midfield to accomodate winger Gareth Bale [GETTY]
Influential Spanish newspaper Marca confirmed that Di Maria is set to leave the Bernabeu in the summer, with a £32m price tag expected to seal the deal.
Arsenal, Man City and Jose Mourinho's Chelsea are all considered to be front runners to bring Di Maria to the Premier League.
The Argentinian playmaker has been switched to the centre of midfield to accommodate record signing Gareth Bale.
HIGH HOPES: Arsene Wenger is hopeful of following up his £42m signing of Mesut Ozil with another big transfer [GETTY]
And although falling behind Bale in the Real Madrid pecking order, his versatility is likely to be an attractive proposition for prospective buyers.
Having seen their title challenge wither away, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will be under pressure to splash out a similar amount of cash as they did for Mesut Ozil last season.

Whilst Manuel Pellegrini and Mourinho will look to further strengthen their European hopes with an experienced Champions League campaigner.
The British clubs will have to fed off the advances from French sides PSG and Monaco if they are to land Di Maria.

If it was my money and if this was possible (his agent is closer to other clubs), I'd spend up to £40m on Di Maria. One of the best wingers in the world who has now also proven a revelation in a central role. Left, right or centre, he can play there. Outstanding footballer and would add a whole new dimension to our team. He'd be worth sacrificing a forward for.

He has goals in him. If we are in the market for an AM, its either him or Reus. Both have goals in them.

Wont go beyond 33£ though. He will only be an improvement to something we are already strong in.

Would like to get players who make our back four imprenetable and make Etihad the fortress it is.

Maria is a great addition but he's not someone who likes tracking back.

Now, if we are getting him and that means no one else will, we can hike the price up a bit :)

Reus has said he's not leaving anyway.

Aguero, Zabaleta, Demichelis, Messi, Di Maria, Zuculini I think our next kit next season might have white stripes added to it!

You forgot Isco there. We are getting Isco too.
