I suspect we'll sell him on unless he would be wing back and we're going 3 at the back (would possibly fit in with our rumoured interest in Cancelo as well). I seem to remember Guardiola saying we needed more height and Angelino is very small, so can't see it being to play LB in a 4. I guess he could be used further forward though if Sane is leaving
Nah,he's a cvnt.Brilliant move Txiki!
The original fan club :-)Anyone find this the most interesting transfer rumour of the summer? Honestly find this fascinating.
As Ajax Ajax I followed him last year in the Dutch league. He's a great player, he's got a crazy crosses , a young man with huge potential and no less important - HG. Sound like an excellent deal, the question is what we will do with 3 LB. Zin is in negotiations to extend the contract and no onewill take Mendi
We already have the aerial problem, with Zinchenko. Teams hit long diagonals & unless it's straight at his head or he is up against a dwarf, he misses it. He wins nothing difficult at corners & often runs toward the ball, under it, when he should be letting the opponent have it & then blocking him off.
Angelino is as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike at actually 'winning' headers, but he's far better on the ball. So it's a gamble worth taking imo, especially if we are getting Rodri, who gives us more height to balance it.
Neither Delph nor Zinch is a left back, we do need two. Question is whether Angelino is better than them.
As our rival I watched more games of PSV and prayed that they would lose than ajax's games haha. Great player anywayHe was at PSV last season, not Ajax so you can't have been following him that closely ;-)
News breaking on Twitter(I know) we’re re-signing him for 12 mil! PSG were offering 25 mil.
Such a random rumor it could have legs.
Unless he turns down our contract.....We have a buy back clause you regardless of what PSG or anyone bids he's ours if we want him back for the re sign fee.
Would normally be pre agreed and in his current contract that there is no turn down option although Rulli managed it in 2017Unless he turns down our contract.....
Unless he turns down our contract.....
He's got a young family - gotta think he knows what it means for them potientially.By all reports the lad is very keen to come back.
Could be wrong but I just see it as easy money. We know PSG are will to pay €25m and we know we can buy him for €12m. We are basically trading players like shares. Buy low, sell high.Anyone find this the most interesting transfer rumour of the summer? Honestly find this fascinating.
