I don't have family like that. If someones in my house uninvited in the dead of the night Im blowing their head off, no questions asked, in the USA I'd be a hero, here I'd be a criminal.

What about if some drunk munter stumbles in there after his mate gives him the wrong address? Still fair game?? It happens...

Steal his kebab
Lol!

...once you've blown the poor bastards brains out cos u 'don't ask questions?'

It is a bit difficult to argue moral powers to property rights under a limited government whose only role is to protect citizens from coercion and violence when certain external things are the very tools of said coercion and violence, for instance.... If that is the version of "Libertarianism" with which you choose to affiliate

One of the reasons why I'm an anarchist rather than a minarchist (if what you're saying is that the existence of a state breaks the fundamentals of libertarianism - your post is a bit on the vague side)
Just feeling you libertarians out.

I take it you're a "common ownership"-type as well, or would you prefer a system of reciprocity?

How do you propose getting rid of the existence of guns?
by magic

I fear you may have overlooked the fact that the population of Wizards has dwindled in modern times.

Guess you could describe my view as Voluntaryist, MarketAnarchist or AnarchoCapitalist.
If a bunch of people want to live and work in accordance with socialism tho I'm fine with that. More power to them ...just as long as they don't force me into it.

Obviously my ideal isn't going to happen in my lifetime and so you may see me arguing for minarchism when politics comes up

not according to the 'religion in modern society' thread!

You'll certainly find an absolute load of warlocks from the usual godbothering suspects there.
