When you look at the 5 Presidents Strategy and the more recent plans being driven by Paris and Berlin....:

….that will plot the future development (aka integration) along with further treaties as required - which of course would not have been exposed to a UK referendum.....

I think that we are getting out in the nick of time
When I worked closely with EU ppl, the future direction and desire was clear and this is an example. Brexit has made it easier to work towards a super state.

Thats how the argument was framed - if you didn't want to leave you weren't a "patriot". Very Trumpian and very simplistic - appeals to those who like simple things.
I'd record every church bell in the country, then play them at 100 decibels outside his front window...

For three and a half years.

Disagree. The problem was Swinson and Corbyn refused to work together on the defining issue of the times because they disagree on a whole host of issues other than the defining issue of the times.

And now they’re both out of a job. Had they acted in the nation’s best interests (as they saw it) there would have been nothing BJ could have don’t about it.
I agree - as you are replying to the part of the post that states that Johnson played Corbyn and Swinson well, but still - the main part of @blueinsa post: "They had the government defeated and revoke within reach or at the very least a second ref yet they couldn't see the wood for the trees and got greedy." you seem to agree with.

Strange that when I have recently pointed out that if there is a future No-Deal outcome that whilst the management of events from 12/12/19 will be all down to Johnson's team - a good deal of the blame that there is even the prospect that this could happen should be placed at the door of Corbyn and Swinson, particularly Corbyn IMO received no end of ridicule. This - even though, as you say - "Had they acted in the nation’s best interests (as they saw it) there would have been nothing BJ could have don’t about it." and Brexit could possibly/probably been stopped.

Indeed it has - but the direction was set any way and we were simply being conveniently marginalised by opt-outs that would quickly become untenable

No deal if it happens will be the fault of Corbyn and Swinson, particularly Jezza?
Fcuk's sake.

The only ones flaunting racist rhetoric, to be used as a "persuasive" argument against brexit, were the remainers.
