Are we still trading? Yes.
Are we no longer a member of the political EU? Yes.

We weren't full members of the EU as we had vetos and if we rejoin we will not have any of those vetos. You wouldn't be suggesting that there was something 'wrong' with our membership or the EU structure itself would you? :)

You changed the subject because your argument is pathetic. Admit that brexit makes us a poorer nation?

Are we still a member: no we are a rule taker. And we surrendered NI to full EU control with zero say over the rules.

Any nation who wants to trade with the EU has to accept the EU's rules on the Single Market because it is THEIR market. Same with Canada and Japan and anyone else who wants to trade.

I also see that there's a lot of you joining in now!

Fair enough if you don’t see a fracturing of the UK as an issue as long as you get your freedom and sovereignty. Doubt it’s a widely held view amongst brexit supporters though.

Exactly... you want a comprehensive trade agreement with the US... you accept their rules to gain access to their market... wash your chicken in chlorine. Can’t wait to hear the Tory moaning about the loss of sovereignty- washing chicken is simply an erosion of our Britishness.

Meaning it's the safest meat product to consume. Free range or battery, all US chicken is washed in chlorine, the key is to insist only on free range.

Strange that you'd post it that way. Almost as if someone has an agenda.

And its nothing to do with the consequence of Brexit, either. Read the articles first. It helps.

The chlorine is a cover for poor hygiene standards. It’s not the safest product by any means.

Chlorine washed chicken is exceptionally safe to consume. The issue is regarding, as I stated, the condition in which the animal is kept before slaughter as the chlorine is so effective, it washes away any and all bacteria before being prepared for consumption, which could contain clues as to how the animal was kept before treatment.

Actually it sounds as if you did get in trouble (any trouble) you have no right of help from the FCO. So better to be in a country with no British consul then you can get help from the consulate of any EU country. At least, until Friday then you're on your own.

Having read the detail, it’s not just Euros, it’s any currency including our own.

Do any Brexiteers think that having to make a customs declaration if they’re taking more than £9000 in cash to NI as a consequence of leaving the EU is part of taking back control?
