Antonio Cassano

Cassano is a fuckin nutjob, absolutely bonkers. If we are trying te build team spirit, he should be last on the list. If we want a class, unpredictable talent, we should have signed him yesterday.

Might be fun to have him around though, him and Bellamy would make perfect room mates

doesn't matter what people think now, we know that a few good performances and everyone will be eating out of his hands.

cassa has been settled and playing extremely well for 18 months, since he got married. he is loopy, but he's got a great hunger for the game. one important difference is that cassa hit rock bottom a few years ago. he's still out of the national team and you can bet that eats away at him. compare this to robinho who is guaranteed his place for brazil, guarenteed to be a superstar in his own country.

technically robinho's biggest problem is the combination of wayward passing, lack of strength on the ball, and some very poor decision making. cassano on the other hand is a true playmaker, he can pass it as well as anyone at the club.

spot on, someone who knows the situation!

the press in italy have criticsed lippi for not picking cassano, and even capello stated cass prob the best italy has. Lippi didn't justify his decision not to call him up, just said he's in charge, he picks who he wants.
Pazzini is playing for italy because of cassano form and assists.

Trapattoni didnt take baggio to the world cup 02, italy failed miserably!

Pro: He's extremely talented.
Con: He makes Bellamy look like a kind old granny.
Pro: He'd bleed blue for us.
Con: He'd probably take a chainsaw to Tevez's knees one day.
Pro: One of few Italian attackers who should be able to adjust to the Premier League's pace.
Con: The media would tear him (and us) apart if he used the same antics here.

hahaha yeah i remember that game. He got a yelow card and so he was not allowed to play Sampdoria's next game against Roma (he's ex-club) and he was talking for weeks and weeks about this game. He was really desperate to play that game but that yelow card didn't allow him to.

Attitude wise i think that he matured from he's old days (with roma and madrid). For the past two years i think he changed alot (still crazy) but not as crazy as he used to be.

Talent wise i honestly think the guy can easilly play in the best teams in europe and be starter there. As they call him "the crazy genious" and i think that description fit him well.

Cassano is a quality player for sure, but he's a bit of a livewire and maybe has a reputation for a bit of a troublecauser. Im sure he and Bellamy will get on like a house on fire!!

I dont know if anybody has mentioned it, but Cassano once burst into tears on the pitch because of stress i think!!!

Lets hope Bobby knows how to handle him!!

He makes Bellamy look normal, that being said, Bellamy has been the model pro since he signed so I'm willing to wait and see with this guy. As Bellamy says perhaps it's best simply to not Google him!
