Anybody seen a ghost or had a paranormal experience?

I suppose that depends on what you think ghosts are.
It really does, when you think about it.
Nobody can say that an experience isn’t real to someone, but what it is, whether it’s peculiar to them alone or others experience the same thing, the individual circumstances of any situation including your own state of mind.
Everything about the situation by it’s nature, usually, is not subject to forensic analytical scrutiny. The type of scrutiny and peer examination that scientific proof would require just doesn’t happen in the heat of these moments.

Instead we come to the conclusion that, Woooh! That was spooky.

Sounds like you had an ocular/ retinal migraine.
Yes, I'd normally think so too.
However, this lasted just seconds. And I was the third person to have experienced the same situation in the same room.
I had been told of the other experiences some years before, but had completely forgotten about them.
It's hard to describe the experience really, it was "something" that moved from the bottom of the stairs and across the kitchen.
It was as if it was a person.
Honest here, it was the strangest thing I have ever seen.

I absolutely don’t believe in ghosts, but I am open to believing that there are times and places where, for whatever reason, space-time and dimensions can get a little weird.

Yes, I’ve tried to get my head around that whole concept.
I know from the science sites like JWST that I dabble in that some very clever people are hypothesising on time slowing down over distance as speed increases and time being relative to where you are observing from in the universe, ye know, simple stuff like that.
Plus we cannot conceive of anything travelling faster than light…..
Rips in time….
Space bending….

Bends my head trying to catch the concepts sometimes, never mind having any understanding of them.
