Anyone else sick of hearing from our gobby players?

There is clearly something seriously wrong with the current infrastructure of management considering Bellamy hasn't spoken to HIS MANAGER for six months. That is PATHETIC, on behalf of all the management not just Mancini. Something needs to be done where the players feel they can approach a member of management should they feel they need to air their feelings as opposed to feeling no option but to do it via the media. This is the clubs fault and the ought to be ashamed of pushing such an honest hard working lad the fans can still relate to like Bellamy out of the club. I imagine a lot of this boils down to an agenda Marwood has again. I will be pissed if Jo is kept and Bellamy stays. Will be the worse managerial decsion since Pearce signed Samaras.

Yes I am to an extent.

Shay can sit on the bench if he is not No 1 for me. Same goes for Joe. It's a squad game, not just 11 players.

EDIT: After the press comments by Ned, Shay, Joe and now Bellamy (I am sure there are more) I get the feeling there is a serious communication issue with the Manager. Hope I am wrong.

I blame Mancini- especially after what Bellamy said about him and Tevez not spoken to mancini since February..

Tell me you dont believe Tevez hasnt spoke to Mancini in 6 months, what a load of shite. Hughes had the same problems with other players just a bunch of bitter bitchs that find it easier to knock someone done than try to compete against them.

How's Berbatov settling in?

not bad a couple of cups and a league title...how you would love to pay £30 for that trophy haul eh?...£200m for 5th?

Has the world ended? Is that it then, we spend money, finish 5th and that's it, the end of the story?

It's not is it, and that's what kills you and your bitter red friends. This is the start of a very long story which is going to cause you more distress and heartache than you could ever possibly imagine. Believe me, I've been there for over 30 years, but now it's your turn to suffer.

I believe they call it Karma and I can confirm it's a woman.

Alot of this subordination started last season when, in my opinion, the club were not 100% backing Mancini and were keeping their options open. It is common knowledge that in situations like that, many players will take advantage and take the opportunity to undermine management. It seems to me that the players have got used to being able to behave like that and are struggling to change their behaviour. The club should have made it very clear to all the players, immediately, that Mancini was their man and not fuck with him. I think it is very sad that to sort this situation out some players who would have been useful are going to have to go. I am just pleased that some others have realised they aren't going to win the battle and have started keeping their heads down/making more positive noises.

so the youngsters bought by United...as the ones they are "bringing through" are non-existant, unlike our academy, as per usual, last season was the first time your academy won the Academy division, as we reformed ours and had a poor year group through, but before that we've won the FA Youth Cup and gone unbeaten in a season and been regularly 15/20 points ahead of you in the academy league, a one year blip is nothing, and if we struggle for a few years who cares after what we have actually brought through and what we will bring through with what will eventually be the best academy in the country.

A few squad players kicking off cos they won't play, whoop-dee-doo, at least our manager won't assault them for doing so...

And the money, well we don't need to go there and prove you wrong again Bumbles do we?

Our basic problem is that we have too many players and are likely to recruit still more, which inevitably causes uncertainty and disquiet in the squad.

In most clubs the squads are fairly stable. Players generally know where they stand, where they fit in the pecking order, whether they are likely to be a first choice of just a squad player. There will be some players that are in and out of the team, but not that many, and those that are will have a good idea whether they are progressing or going backwards.

At City, hardly any of the players have any security over their place in the squad. We have players such as Bellamy, Given, Robinho, Ireland & Adebayor who only last year were regarded as elite players but now see others coming in to potentially take their place.

Until we have a settled sqad we're bound to see this unrest, bickering, players falling out with the manager. Any manager would have problems keeping such a large group of players happy.

That's one of the reasons why we are unlikely to win the league this season.

one or two thanks

smalling and hernandez...not to mention youngsters coming through the ranks

I understand your club has abandoned its academy ...
Interesting seeing as City gave more debuts to academy players than any other Premiership club last season. Five I believe. Keep on reading the rag tops you bitter red.

Sadly far too much truth in this. Man management is the biggest issue of the lot for Mancini and he has done nothing to dispell concerns that he is not very good at it. Too many names are alledgedly saying things which suggest dissatisfaction and as more names get added ( Balotelli is easy to handle isn't he!!!) and some get discarded I fear the discontent will only get worse.
