Apology to the club

Next time @meldrew has the urge to run on the pitch he should do it at the Swamp and get represented by the same brief these two rags had........
Presumably the same court the OP appeared at.....
If they'd done that at home at Boro they'd have got banned right away. The report says they're both from Iran originally, hope next time they go back for a visit they try that in the Tehran Stadium and see what happens.

I always felt that if stadiums wanted to deter pitch invaders, why don't they have rope moats?

But now, recently, I'm starting to wonder have I just made up that invention?

Could have swore the new Wembley had one, but googling it nothing happens.

It was like 5 ropes in each 2 metre section, distanced apart so fans had to vault/hurdle each rope, effectively slowing them down so a steward could stop them.

Have I just dreamt that?

No stems no seeds that you don't need, Acapulco Gold is (deep inhale) bad ass weed.

Ayatollah them not to do it at the Tehran stadium but I bet would have done it anyway.

Theres some photos in there that show it. Came in after Hillsborough and the old Wembley had them too. They were in place when we were in the play-off final.

Thank you, thought I was going mad, like my damaged brain was turning dreams into memories.

Does that mean moats full of people?

I prefer if ground staff had water pistols filled with Tizer. One encroachment and thats it blamm you get tizered

Clearly you've just woken up from dreaming about one of your favourite episodes of It's A Knockout.
I can see it now - stewards dressed as Moonchester earning points for each pitch invader they catch, with a soundtrack of Stewart Hall guffaws.
