With the current climate of negativity to pitch invasions in the media at the moment I would seriously doubt that there will be any chance of leniency. Op will be very lucky to escape with just a 1 year season ticket removal imho (ianal).

Yes it was just after Walker had bombed down the touchline to grab the corner flag. Ederson ran over to celebrate with him in the corner and then picked up a flare from the side of the pitch and threw into his penalty area.
