Party activists pile pressure on Corbyn to back second vote
Labour leftwingers launch internal campaign for new referendum, but some senior figures fear policy shift could cost votes

Yeah, right, if that's how you see it, fine.

Watch this space, as the Labour party leadership shifts its position, in response to a grassroots campaign (that it actually started itself).

Old school Labour democracy! I love it, makes me want to dig up my tank top and flares.
He changes to a second referendum then he gets my vote.

Problem is from the result of the referendum the 2 main news outlets bbc and sky have had little interest in amything else, and concentrated on that, Corbyn kust doean't seem to want to make that centre of everything when the country has other ills, so all you see interviewed if people obsessed with it.

I have watched daily politics, marr, ridge on sky etc and if any other subject is brought up they steer it back to brexit and tbf what the fuck else is to said on it that's new as we know who is for leave and remain, who wants a hard one, a shit deal or a new referendum.
So we have been saturated with johnson, reese-mogg, starmer, blair, may, etc.

If you actually look at social media labour have a strong presence and are producing stuff opposing and commenting on many things wrong, so a messahe is getting out but I will also concede unfortunately with that a lot also is in an echo chamber of tgose who wany to hear it.
But on the main news media if it ain't brexit, it ain't talked about.

Well except Channel 4 news which has a broad range of news stories

Whatever one thinks of Corbyn, he can't bring down the government and trigger an election, that is a simple fact. The government we have can't cobble together a Brexit proposal that can command a majority in Parliament and neither can any of the other parties, so there is an inevitability emerging all over the shop that it has to go back to the people. If one discounts the LibDems and everyone does, the only party with a policy for this is Labour, passed at conference a few weeks back.

Corbyn will bite the bullet on a second referendum, he has no choice. This will give the Tories a boost as hard line leavers will desert Labour, and of course he'll still be in opposition, so he has no levers to pull to bring a referendum about, other than trying to get disaffected Tories onside in Parliament (that's a hard act to pull off), and he's running out of time, it took 7 months for Parliament to push through a referendum the last time around, and on top of that he has no control over the wording on the ballot.

Nevertheless, it's not if anymore, it's when.

Labour need a new leader. His lies to young people were disgusting and he was useless in both the EU and General Election votes.

Only the deluded believe Corbyn is pro-Europe. I’d look at Tom Watson or Yvette Cooper. I imagine left wing fundamentalists want Diane Abbott.
