"World Class" is a term overused in the UK. Ronaldo, Messi, Mbappe, Kev, David Silva, Erland, Iniesta, Xavi and perhaps Kane can be bracketed in there for me.

Depends on how you define world class. Some people only class the best player in that position in the world as 'World Class'. I don't think anyone in the bottom half of the PL meets that criteria.
If you are defining it as good enough to play regularly for a top CL team. Probably only Palhinha, Pedro Neto & Eze for me.

Ivan Toney probably doesn't make the grade, Paqueta, Olise also good, but not there. I'd say no.
