It's illegal in London and for some obscure reason Exeter. It's a grey area elsewhere but I read legalisation has been proposed to make it illegal everywhere in England.
No you misunderstood 2ft of tarmac then pavement enough for wheelchairI'd love bringing my mum's wheelchair past your car if you park on the pavement and leave 2 feet of space!

This is true, makes it worse when these obese sl ppers pick their kids up at school doing exactly this and winge when they get booked !Maybe the drivers need to park as close to their houses as possible.
Many drivers are so fat these days it is hard for them to waddle from their car to the front door.
