no but that cyclist who cannot be done for riding without due care and attention could still KILL a pedestrian riding like that

Dangerous cycling

so why do people do it ?
I live in on a dead end, narrow road and all residents have agreed to only park on the one side and to all park up on the pavement to ensure emergency vehicles/bin lorries etc can get access at all times.
