You have an argument for Van Persie but Rooney is too hit and miss to be called the second best player in the league. Suarez may be an utter **** but he's a better player than Rooney.

I disagree. Rooney has been involved in 68 goals in 66 games for United (47 goals & 21 assists) since the beginning of last season. I'm almost certain that he's the most productive player in the PL behind van Persie over the last couple of seasons. And that's from playing largely in a deeper role. It's very impressive and I think sometimes he doesn't get the credit he deserves, he's an amazing player.

If we'd lost two of those games, won two of them and drew the remaining three, we'd be four points better off. Draws are no good when you're chasing titles. 2 points better off - but correct, 2 points in this league is important. (7D 7 pts v 2W 3D 2L 9pts) - if we win every game from here, united only have to drop 4 more points, which is probably going to happen. So, that has to be the aim, starting today.
