Are we going to win the league?

Are we going to win the league? Well, that's much down to opinion and could only be guessed at - if anyone knew for sure, either way (win it or not), then they'd sell up and go down the bookies to lay it all on . . lots of steadfast opinions in this tread but even the surest opinion hasn't been backed up by any evidence of the kind of confidence needed to make a move like that one!!!

Could we win the league? Well yes, that's a distinct possibility, less possible than the rags doing it at the moment but more sure than any other team (check out those bookies odds for confirmation of their calculated likelihood).

My personal opinion (blue tinted as ever!) is that we will do it again and I won't give up on that opinion until it's mathematically impossible but what amazes me is the bitter bleating of the so called City supporters who have been inspired to leave such skewed and negative comment about their own club - coming on here to slag off the management team that Mansour has put in place to take us forward - the group (including changes made for the better) that has given us the level of success and style of football that was an impossible dreamt us for many decades.

Their backbiting negativity is embarrassing to us, as City supporters in general, and most especially to themselves. They whinge like petty spoilt children and deserve a slap and an early night.

Have some backbone, show some resolve, act like supports not detractors and get a grip you mard-arses!

We are simply drawing too many games at the moment.

The three pivotal games maybe the away games at West Ham, Sunderland & QPR, when we failed to score and subsequently dropped 7 points.

However, there is a long way to go and a win today will keep the pressure on them. For the moment that is all we can do.

Eloquently put...word of advice though. Don't log on here if we lose or draw later it won't be pretty!

My heart says yes my mind says Norfolk and chance.

We really need them to f*ck up, but even if they do drop points, we never capitalize on their errors. Far to many draws for us this season if you ask me.

Noted down for future use!

Of course we might win it but we are relying on the rags to screw up again.
This is a discussion forum so people are entitled to air their views. Just as perpetual doomongers are annoying so are people whose eternal optimism is edged with snide comments about those who take a different view. I'm sure Hitlers bunker was filled with people saying they were going to win the war whilst the Russians were kicking the door in.
